Finial's March

I don't know details, but Finial was a hero of a an early 19th-century Irish rebellion against England's prohibition of houses taller than one story unless owned by Englishmen. ("The Staircase Rebellion"). This simple, jaunty march is for that Mr. Finial, and for all the Finials everywhere.
